Closes #1891

Added a skip-to-main-content link for keyboard and screen reader users
as per WCAG 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks (Level A).

Changes made:

• Added visually hidden skip link as first focusable element in layout.tsx
• Link appears visually when focused via keyboard
• Wrapped children in
• No regression to existing layout or visual design
• Uses existing CSS variables for consistent theming
