scripts: update edu campaign generation prompt

Updates scripts/edu_campaign/generate-article.ts to match the updated remote trigger prompt.

Changes

• Planning step — agent now writes a structured plan before the article (format, thesis, target reader, key points with evidence, Promptless connection)
• Style — 10th grade reading level, Dutch engineer tone (direct, dry, no hype)
• Editorial pass — agent rewrites "X is not Y, but Z" constructions and tricolon structures before outputting
• MDX extraction — since the agent now outputs a plan followed by the MDX, extractMdx() parses out just the article content for the file
• PR body — includes the plan summary so reviewers can see the intent before reading the draft
