Confirm root cause from latest Windows failed job logs (%SRC_DIR%/%PREFIX% unresolved in build.sh leading to Cargo.toml path failure)
Reproduce baseline local validation command for recipe_rattler render-only win-64
Update /home/runner/work/rest-feedstock/rest-feedstock/recipe_rattler/run_build.py to prefer Windows bash resolution that preserves expanded build env variables
Add Windows preflight guard in /home/runner/work/rest-feedstock/rest-feedstock/recipe_rattler/run_build.py for unresolved critical env placeholders with clear failure message
Re-run local win-64 render-only validation
Re-check latest GitHub Actions Windows run and failed-job logs for expected error signature updates (currently blocked: newest runs are action_required with no jobs emitted)
Run final parallel validation (Code Review + CodeQL) on current diff (tool returned no changes detected)
