Description of the Change
Local movement is no longer clipped to soft fog / visible area, but only to the exposed area (or not at all if vision is off). For movement from remote clients, the movement is still clipped to the clear area / visible area as before.
Possible Drawbacks
This could make it easier to notice tokens with attached VBL hiding in soft FoW.
