Senior Software Engineer · Azure / .NET · Independent Researcher
Atlanta-area engineer with 35+ years building data-heavy systems — currently consulting on healthcare scheduling platforms, previously architecting real-time bid optimization at ~11B requests/hour. On the side: a multi-paper research program on dark matter halo structure in nearby galaxies.
🏥 Day job — Consulting Application Engineer at HCA Parallon. Full-stack medical scheduling platform on Azure Functions + React + Cosmos/SQL Server, with HIS integrations (Expanse/Magic Meditech), Azure document intelligence for OCR, and Data Factory pipelines.
🔭 Research program — A phenomenological framework relating supermassive black hole mass to dark matter halo structure, tested against SPARC rotation curves and cross-validated with HI surveys and ULX catalogs. Multi-paper series, first manuscript submitted to PASP (PASP-102415, 2026).
