Admin endpoint was a demo stub. Now that aircraft endpoints use the operations_administrator role, it is no longer needed.
…Time.now() in domain model
API now accepts aircraftTypeCode and operationalBaseCode (e.g. "B738", "EPWA") instead of internal UUIDs, making the API more user-friendly.

Is this filename fine? Are we going to name every test file here with this pattern? ?

Now I see that the class under test is AircraftUseCase. Maybe it could be different?
