BUG-T18: Error Breakdown full width layout fix

Description

Fixes BUG-T18 by making the Error Breakdown widget a full-width chart card in the dashboard layout.

Changes included:

• Updated dashboard markup in src/mcpbridge_wrapper/webui/static/index.html to render Error Breakdown with the existing full-width wide grid contract.
• Added regression coverage in tests/unit/webui/test_server.py to assert the served dashboard includes a full-width Error Breakdown container.
• Completed FLOW artifacts and archive bookkeeping, including:
  • SPECS/ARCHIVE/BUG-T18_Error_Breakdown_full_width_layout_fix/BUG-T18_Error_Breakdown_full_width_layout_fix.md
  • SPECS/ARCHIVE/BUG-T18_Error_Breakdown_full_width_layout_fix/BUG-T18_Validation_Report.md
