FU-P11-T2-3: Reorder sessions from the last to the first

Description

Fixes FU-P11-T2-3 by making session ordering newest-first so the Session Timeline shows the latest session as Session 1.

Key changes:

• Updated detect_sessions() to return sessions newest-first and reindex session IDs after reversal.
• Updated API/WebSocket session ordering tests and session detector unit tests.
• Completed FLOW artifacts for select/plan/execute/archive/review/archive-review.
