Description
Add
P6-T1broker runtime status plumbing for explicit frontend consumers. Thebroker daemon now exposes richer operator-facing status, the Web UI serves it
through
GET /api/broker/status, and broker-daemon startup wires the livestatus provider into the dashboard runtime.
