Description

This PR completes FU-P8-T1-1 by reconciling Phase 8 documentation/publishing references with the current live GitHub Pages URL and resolving DocC reference warnings.

Changes include:

• Updated P8-T1 active URL references in SPECS/Workplan.md to https://soundblaster.github.io/XcodeMCPWrapper/
• Added supersession notes and corrected active URL references in archived P8-T1 review/validation artifacts
• Fixed DocC ambiguity warnings in Sources/XcodeMCPWrapper/Documentation.docc/XcodeMCPWrapper.md
• Added SPECS/INPROGRESS/FU-P8-T1-1_Validation_Report.md with validation evidence
