FU-P6-T10-1 Add follow-up task for Web UI install mismatch

Description

Fixes the manual installation mismatch for Web UI usage.

• Added --webui support to scripts/install.sh so users can explicitly install optional Web UI
  dependencies (.[webui]).
• Kept default behavior unchanged (./scripts/install.sh still performs base install).
• Improved installer UX with --help, unknown-argument validation, and post-install guidance.
• Updated docs to clearly distinguish:
  • base install => no --web-ui args
  • webui install => --web-ui args supported
• Added troubleshooting entry for Web UI dependencies not installed / ModuleNotFoundError: uvicorn.
