FU-BUG-T7-1: Cap pending_methods map to guard against unbounded growth

Description

Implements FU-BUG-T7-1 by capping pending_methods growth in src/mcpbridge_wrapper/__main__.py with deterministic oldest-entry eviction, preserving BUG-T7 request/response method correlation for active requests.

Also adds targeted regression tests in tests/unit/test_main.py and archives the full FLOW artifacts (PRD, validation report, review report, workplan/index updates).
