🧹 Remove unused Workplace component

🎯 What: Removed the src/lib/components/cv/Workplace.svelte component.
💡 Why: This component was no longer being used anywhere in the codebase. By deleting dead code, the maintainability and readability of the codebase are improved.
✅ Verification: Verified that there are no usages of the component. Tests (svelte-check and vitest) and builds succeeded after deletion.
✨ Result: A cleaner codebase with less dead code overhead.
