• Add Rsbuild RSC SSR decode support by collecting client reference chunks from Flight import rows and exposing them as SSR client preload dependencies.
• Update Rsbuild RSC CSS handling to use explicit data-rsc-css-href markers, avoiding accidental preinit of ordinary React 19 stylesheet resources.
• Move Rsbuild client build assets from static/* to assets/* subdirectories and update the dev client entry URL accordingly.
• Override @rspack/core to the required canary build for current RSC integration support.
