Summary

  • add a profile-first external company thesis discovery skill for public LinkedIn-indexed/company-career evidence
  • make company thesis discovery a parallel lane to university/chair matching instead of a generic job search
  • add ranking rubric with hard exclusions, scorecards, evidence tiers, company-readiness checks, and release-safe tests

Verification

  • make check / python -m pytest -q: 27 passed, 8 skipped
  • release artifact build verified locally via scripts/build_skill_release.py
  • Codex live evals covered shallow-profile guardrail, parallel university/company lane, company-only override, scorecards, hard exclusions, and evidence tiers
