Allows append_to_response of the Aggregate Credits resource. See https://developer.themoviedb.org/reference/tv-series-aggregate-credits Also fix a number of failing tests due to data changes. The episode_run_time field is no longer supported (see https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/6991e5ef788561978c1243c0?mobile=false), so removing that check.
