Update the accessibility reference and skills files to match WCAG 2.2.

Note for the future: when cupertino/material split out of the core libraries, we will need to push a new update

Question here: wouldn't it be better to have a reference per platform? References are loaded on demand, and if the platforms here don't share much content in accessibility, it might be better to split them so the agent only loads the platforms it needs. WDYT?

Agree, this will save many tokens for each table and platform. Having windows.md, macos.md, etc files as references, Claude won't load unnecessary tables for other platforms.
