Overview
This PR bumps the packaged B2B Vue theme referenced in theme/artifact.json from the 2.49.0 / PR 2292 prerelease zip to 2.50.0 / PR 2299 (6fa28407), aligning QA deployment with the automated vc-frontend build from PR 2299.

No application source changes—only the theme artifact download URL used for deployment.
