Overview
This PR updates the pinned B2B Vue theme package used for QA/deployment by changing the blob URL in theme/artifact.json from the vc-frontend PR 2303 build (…pr-2303-cc2d-cc2ddcdb.zip) to the PR 2302 prerelease build (…pr-2302-9a45-9a457a65.zip, version 2.50.0-pr-2302).

No application source changes—only which theme artifact ZIP is referenced for automated vcst QA deployment (aligned with vc-frontend PR 2302).
