Overview
Points the QA deployment at a newer prerelease storefront theme built from vc-frontend PR 2305.

The theme/artifact.json package URL is updated from the pr-2296 zip (…1a3c50b3.zip) to the pr-2305 zip (…b4cc7d81.zip), still on version line 2.50.0-pr-* from vc3prerelease.blob.core.windows.net.
