Overview
Updates the vc-frontend theme package used for deployment by changing the blob URL in theme/artifact.json from the PR 2291 build (…pr-2291-2967-29676981.zip) to the PR 2306 build (…pr-2306-4ad6-4ad6ab3f.zip), version 2.50.0-pr-2306.

This is an automated CI bump to point QA at the frontend artifact produced by vc-frontend#2306; no application source changes in this repo.
