Overview
Updates the vc-frontend theme package pointer used for this QA/deployment branch: theme/artifact.json now references the 2.50.0-pr-2307 prerelease zip instead of the 2.50.0-pr-2278 build, aligning deployment with vc-frontend PR 2307.
