@jaspermayone I removed the stuff about dev containers as it seems you have deleted the .devcontainer folder from the repo. I'm thinking to replace that stuff with instructions for developing in Codespaces, but I don't think what I wrote is entirely accurate so hold off on merging this for now. If you have suggestions please feel free to push to the branch.

Reordered the steps for setting up Google OAuth and running the application in the README. Added a note about accessing the application URL.
