Summary

  • skip installing sys-vm headers and CMake config during vcpkg's debug install pass
  • keep a no-op debug install target so vcpkg can run debug install successfully
  • preserve normal install behavior outside vcpkg and release installs

Verification

  • Verified through a local wire-vcpkg-registry client install of wire-sys-vm[core,softfloat-skip-install]:x64-linux@1.1.1#1 using this commit as the source REF.
  • vcpkg post-build validation completed with no warnings.
