This repository contains the code of the multi-worm tracker for the MRC-LMS Behavioral Genomics Group. We aim to improve the C. elegans behavioural analysis by extracting both the collective behaviour and the postural information of individuals in high resolution videos. This code aims to be customizable and expandable to different experimental conditions.
