The "base" field doesn't have a supplierinfo value: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/14.0/addons/product/models/product_pricelist.py#L392
Which module adds this value ?
But I agree that the original code needs to be updated to take into account the fact that product_id can be False (when display_type is False)... I tend to keep the souvenir of odoo v10 where product_id was required=True... but that's no longer the case !
