In this branch we start building a prototype for a decentralized AI.

We start with creating a sandbox environment where current champion node and challenger(s) are validating their performance on a permanent basis. We are also building initial drafts of M1 to M5 layers, which will include router, upgrade & rollback mechanics, RAG & a permanent flow of new canary tasks.
