Problem Summary: The test inserts five batches, exactly matching the default cumulative compaction threshold. The partition can become visible in FE before its latest visible version reaches BE, so manual cumulative compaction may return `E-2000: _input_rowsets is empty`. The generic helper ignored E-2000, leaving no tracker record for the test to verify. The fix targets the BE hosting the tablet, retries only E-2000 while requesting tablet reports, and waits for that MANUAL cumulative tracker record to reach FINISHED or FAILED. The case still uses the original five batches, and other trigger errors fail immediately.
