Rebased this onto latest main and fixed the failing pre-commit check: the NuGet/login entry was added out of sort order, so sort-actions-yml re-sorted actions.yml to place it between nick-fields/retry: and nwtgck/actions-netlify:. Force-pushed the result to your branch.
Verification is clean: verify_action_build passes all checks (node24, compiled JS matches rebuild, lockfile present, no binary downloads, no in-tree binaries). SHA 8d196754... matches tag v1.2.0 exactly, and NuGet/login is the official first-party NuGet org action (Apache-2.0). All CI checks green.
