• Replace deprecated breejslater syntax with cron syntax
  https://docs.renovatebot.com/key-concepts/scheduling/#deprecated-breejslater-syntax
• Use exact triggers to avoid spamming multiple jobs within the interval
  • Every weekday between 4:00 and 7:00 to update dependencies
  • Every Monday between 1:00 and 4:00 to update lockfiles
