Remove .github/in-solidarity.yml and references from README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and PIPELINES.md following the removal of the Inclusive Language required status check.

Clean up obsolete in-solidarity GitHub bot configuration and references now that the "Inclusive Language" required status check has been removed from branch protection.
