Removal plan for the dead legacy tabbed UI (MainActivity pager + legacy fragments + carved controllers). Verified scope, Phase B (re-home terminal) → Phase A (delete) ordering, and the blockers. Resolves the framing for ADFA-5144 (its dishonest leg dies with the legacy removal). No code change — plan doc only.
