emrg: bump version to v0.2.64 (release: #920 #921)

• emrg: remove emrgd.pid entirely — fixed-port probe + cmdline scan for daemon liveness/kill (rant 2026-08-21T16:45:06) #920 彻底移除 emrgd.pid（固定端口 TCP 探测 + cmdline 扫描作为 daemon 存活的唯一判断/kill 路径）
• emrg: remove TUI selector widgets from chat on confirm/cancel #921 /trigger 等 selector 确认/取消后从 chat 移除（选择后列表不消失 bug 修复）

8 文件版本 bump 0.2.63 → 0.2.64。
