[WIP] Starfive: bump kernel to v6.18 for starfive2

Currently,Linux mainline support for JH7110 is complete. Apart from the GPU requiring a proprietary driver, other functions are not within the scope of Armbian's feature plugins, so no major modifications are needed. Upgrading to the 6.18 mainline will allow for direct use.
