Description of changes: Adds a [Y/n/never] prompt to run
aws configure agent-toolkit. The hint appears after aws configure, aws configure sso, a new-profile aws login, and (Unix only) aws update, plus a static tip line in the install scripts.Skipped Windows for aws update because the update runs in a detached subprocess and exits the parent early to release the aws.exe lock so there's no safe point to prompt I found.
