Fixes #1073.
The Quick Start and Configuration sections only showed OP_NODE_L1_ETH_RPC and OP_NODE_L1_BEACON. Since reth with base-consensus is now the default client, a new operator needs to set BASE_NODE_L1_ETH_RPC and BASE_NODE_L1_BEACON instead. Added both sets of variables with comments indicating which client each applies to.
