Stacked on #1894.

Summary

  • replace the terms checkbox with an acceptance disclosure beneath the invite button
  • tighten the invite hierarchy around the relay name
  • move the download prompt into a separate, equal-width container

Test plan

  • bin/just web-check
  • verified the invite flow in a Tauri preview
