fix(pty): consume drained session output

Summary

• update the shared PTY module to the merged output-drain fix (utils PR deps: bump goreleaser/goreleaser-action from 6 to 7 #6)
• keep AIScan's Done/capture semantics aligned with the PTY owner

Validation

• shared utils Linux short-command stress: 5,000/5,000 after fix
• shared utils Linux and Windows go test -race ./... pass
• go vet ./... pass
• AIScan golangci-lint reports 0 issues
• AIScan local full race run reached pkg/commands with the previous tmux failure eliminated; unrelated node/Katana tests were environment timeouts under the concurrent local run
