Summary

  • Adds 59 meeting notes files under tags/tag-workloads-foundation/subprojects/batch/meeting-notes/ covering every biweekly meeting from June 2022 through June 2026
  • Adds meeting-notes/README.md with Zoom link, YouTube playlist, LFX meeting page, charter link, and a full meeting list with titles (newest-first)
  • Adds charter.md with the Batch Subproject charter (mission, scope, deliverables)
  • Adds initiative_benchmarking/README.md as a placeholder for upcoming benchmarking initiative content

Notes are exported from the Batch Subproject Google Doc and kept up to date automatically via a Google Apps Script automation that processes LFX AI summaries and YouTube recordings.

Test plan

  • Spot-check a few meeting notes files for correct content and formatting
  • Verify README meeting list links resolve correctly
  • Verify charter link in README resolves correctly

⚠️ README Files Should Be Updated via tags.yaml

The following TAG or TOC subproject README files have been directly edited:

  • tags/tag-workloads-foundation/README.md
  • tags/tag-workloads-foundation/subprojects/batch/README.md

These README files are auto-generated from the tags.yaml file using the generator script. Please update the tags.yaml file instead of editing the README files directly.

For more information on how to update these files, please see the generator README.

Once you update tags.yaml, the README files will be automatically regenerated by the existing automation workflow.
