Add CheckpointSandbox and RestoreSandbox RPCs to the containerd sandbox protocol. Define task inventory messages for checkpoint and restore, including checkpoint keys, target task IDs, bundles, IO endpoints, runtime options, checkpoint paths, and restored task metadata.
