Normalize keys so reserved sdk_version/sdk_type cannot appear twice under different casing on REST headers or WebSocket query.
A global group cancelled this PR's integration-main whenever any other PR ran the same workflow.
Classic CRUD now lives under documents.classic. GET/DELETE agent context still returns 403, so those suites stay skipped until the agents team unblocks them.
Keep headers and query-string options together, then document x-corti-analytics as a follow-on client option.
