Adds a College ROI section to the Education Data page: an open (CC BY 4.0) dataset of lifetime return-on-investment estimates for ~29,700 US bachelor's programs across ~3,392 colleges, from FREOPP program-level ROI + IPEDS costs + BEA regional price parities. Frictionless datapackage.json included (the repo is datapackage-native), Zenodo DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21351603. Also bumped the page's modified date. Disclosure: I maintain this dataset.
