Summary
This is a small follow-up to #7665.
role_name: triageto trigger GPU validation with/abacus-ci gpu, while ordinary Read users remain unauthorized. GitHub reports the Triage role as legacypermission: read, so authorization must also inspectrole_name.sacctfailures while collecting completed Slurm job states. The retry is bounded like the existingsqueuehandling and only repeats the read-only accounting query; it does not resubmit or rerun jobs.GitHub repository permissions reference: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/collaborators/collaborators#get-repository-permissions-for-a-user
