This PR adds an integration page for Skim, the x402-native clean reader API for AI agents.
Skim turns any URL into clean, LLM-ready Markdown plus structured metadata. It requires no signup and no API key — calls are paid per request in USDC over the HTTP 402 protocol by a wallet the user controls.
