feat: expose editor-ready text collaboration

• expose actor-local selective history from the collaborative text runtime
• accept commit metadata and return the canonical JSONAppliedChange from capture-time text commits
• add exact history depth/revision snapshots for provider-neutral editor adapters
• prepare @interactive-os/json-document-collaboration 0.1.0-rc.2
