The star history chart in the README is currently broken and cannot be displayed. Update the link so the project growth chart works again and visitors can see the stars trend as before.

The star history chart in this repository is currently broken and no longer displays. This fixes the Stars trend section in the README so the project growth can be seen at a glance again. The chart was originally added in #126.
