Fixing the token_address for cNGN on base and adding additional stablecoins (AUDF, NZDS, BRZ).

Description:

• Fix cNGN (0x46C85152bFe9f96829aA94755D9f915F9B10EF5F) on base. Existing token_address is incorrect and does not exist on base.
• Add AUDF (0xd2a530170d71a9cfe1651fb468e2b98f7ed7456b) on base, ethereum, polygon. Website: https://www.forteaud.com/
• Add NZDS (0xda446fad08277b4d2591536f204e018f32b6831c) on ethereum, polygon. Website:
  https://www.techemynt.com/nzds/
• Add BRZ (0xe9185ee218cae427af7b9764a011bb89fea761b4) on base. Website: https://transfero.com/stablecoins/brz/

• ../tokens_***_erc20_stablecoins_extended.sql
• ../tokens_erc20_stablecoins_metadata.sql
• did NOT change ../tokens_***_erc20_stablecoins_core.sql (so cNGN address is still incorrect there)
