Adds @kidcash/ui to React Component Libraries.
A 27-component React library built with React 19, Tailwind v4, and framer-motion. Extracted from KidCash, a multi-platform family-allowance app, so the visual identity is "playful, kid-friendly, finance-flavored" — liquid glass, spring physics, gradient text, 9 themes (6 dark, 3 light) wired through CSS custom properties.
Covers foundations (cards, buttons, avatars, pills), motion (gradient text, animated numbers, marquee, spotlight, confetti, floating coins), inputs and feedback (slider, progress bar, emoji picker, tooltip, toast), overlays (modal, sheet, command palette, back-to-top), and a few family-finance specials (birthday countdown, achievement badges, celebration overlay).
Inserted at the end of the React Component Libraries subsection following the existing format (lowercase repo-slug name, GitHub link, brief description, no trailing period).
