fix: cloud api key for preview

Send GitHub repo metadata with preview requests so the Cloud API can validate the API key and return the correct preview URL. This makes cloud preview reliable across branches and subdirectories.

• Bug Fixes
  • Collects repo owner, name, branch, and root directory via git and sends them in repository when calling /api/cloud/preview.
  • Supports git@github.com:owner/name.git and https://github.com/owner/name(.git) remotes.
  • Test sets up a temp repo, branch, and origin and asserts the request body includes correct metadata.
