Reviews here were ad-hoc, so whether a pull request got one depended on who opened it. The synchronize trigger re-runs on each push, which keeps the verdict tied to the current state of the branch rather than to its first revision. Mirrors the workflow already used by the backend repositories.

Adds the pull-request review workflow this repository was missing, matching the one already used by the backend repositories. The
synchronizetrigger re-runs it on every push, so the verdict tracks the current state of a branch.Needs a repository secret before it can run:
CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKENis not configured here yet. Until it is added, the job will fail on the token step. Fork pull requests will not receive a review either way, sincepull_requestdoes not expose secrets to forks.
